Dear Friends,

On behalf of the Singapore Urological Association, it is my great pleasure to welcome all of you to our annual national conference, UROFAIR 2027. Over the decades UROFAIR has grown to become Singapore’s largest and most diverse urological congress. We are delighted to bring together colleagues from Singapore, the Asian continent, and across the world to share knowledge, exchange ideas, strengthen collaborations, and advance the future of urology.

Our theme this year, “Bridging Gaps, Connecting Minds, Curing Lives,” captures the very essence of what UROFAIR represents. Bridging gaps implies recognizing that despite our advances significant disparities remain in access to healthcare, availability of technology, clinical expertise, and patient outcomes. It is our responsibility to address this through education, collaboration and the sharing of best practices. Connecting minds reminds us that progress rarely happens in isolation. It happens through the selfless sharing by between our senior urologists and their junior counterparts, collaboration between various stakeholders and partnerships forged across institutions and nations that new ideas emerge. And ultimately, curing lives is why we do what we do. Behind every clinical innovation, every research finding, and every surgical advancement is a patient hoping for a better outcome.

UROFAIR 2027 will feature a broad-based scientific program designed to be practical, guideline-driven, patient centered and complemented by hands-on learning. Interactive expert led discussions and masterclasses, highlighting the latest in the fields of diagnostics, technology, robotics, medical therapeutics, reconstruction and endourological innovations related to urological practice will be showcased.

We are deeply grateful to our faculty, partners, and sponsors for their support in making UROFAIR 2027 possible. Your participation strengthens the Congress and helps ensure it remains a dynamic and relevant meeting, with patients at the heart of it all.
