SPONSORSHIP TIERS

Urofair 2026 adopts a flexible cumulative sponsorship model, allowing you to customise your participation. Choose from options such as exhibition stands, logo placements, industry sessions, and more. Once your total sponsorship meets the minimum amount for a tier, you’ll unlock exclusive tier benefits.

SPONSORSHIP ITEMS

1. Table Space (SGD 7,000)

Inclusions

  • 2m x 1m table space within the exhibition area
  • One (1) 4 amp, 240V AC power point per space
  • One (1) table and two (2) chairs

Additional Information

  • Companies will receive two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges
  • Space allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment
  • Exhibits may include pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, nutrition products, medical publications, and related healthcare solutions

2. Exhibition Booth (SGD 10,000)

Booth Inclusions

  • High smooth-finish booth structure
    One (1) back wall and two (2) side walls for middle booths
  • Exhibitor company name displayed on fascia panel
    Logo printing on fascia panel is available at an additional cost
  • One (1) 4 amp, 240V AC power point
  • One (1) table, two (2) chairs, and two (2) spotlights

Additional Information

  • Complimentary exhibitor badges will be provided according to the booth size booked
  • Additional furniture and equipment may be hired directly from the official exhibition supplier at the exhibitor’s own expense
  • Space allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment
  • Exhibits may include pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, nutrition products, medical publications, and related healthcare solutions

3. Lunch Symposium (SGD 30,000)

Inclusions

  • Forty-five (45) minute live symposium held in the main ballroom as part of the official Congress programme
  • Sponsor is entitled to host the entire symposium
    Topics and speakers may be proposed by the sponsor and are subject to approval by the Organising Committee
  • Speaker travel grants to be borne by the Sponsor Company
  • Theatre-style set-up including stage, lectern, and speaker table
  • Standard audiovisual equipment with dedicated technical support
  • Five (5) session passes for sponsor staff and faculty
  • Lunch provided for up to 250 delegates

Visibility

  • Session title, date, and time listed on the Congress website and mobile app
  • Sponsor acknowledgment in printed materials (if confirmed at time of production) and all relevant digital collaterals

Eligibility

  • Available to Gold Sponsors and above only

4. Lunch Symposium- Nursing (SGD 10,000)

Inclusions

  • Forty-five (45) minute live symposium conducted in the Nursing Symposium Room as part of the official Congress programme
  • Sponsor is entitled to host the entire symposium
    Topics and speakers may be proposed by the sponsor and are subject to approval by the Organising Committee
  • Speaker travel grants to be borne by the Sponsor Company
  • Theatre-style set-up including stage, lectern, and speaker table
  • Standard audiovisual equipment with dedicated technical support
  • Two (2) session passes for sponsor staff and faculty
  • Lunch provided for up to 100 delegates (menu to be determined by the Organiser)

  • Sponsor acknowledgment in printed materials (if confirmed at time of production) and digital collaterals

5. Dinner Symposium (SGD 20,000)

Inclusions

  • Opportunity to host an independent dinner symposium recognised as part of the official Congress social programme
  • Sponsor has full control over symposium content, including topics and speakers
  • All costs, logistics, and arrangements for the dinner symposium are to be borne by the Sponsor Company
  • The Organiser is not involved in the planning or execution of the dinner symposium
  • Delegate contact details will not be shared

Visibility

  • Session title, date, and time listed on the Congress website and mobile app
  • RSVP and registration managed via the official Congress website using a dedicated registration form
  • Sponsor acknowledgment in printed materials (if confirmed at time of production) and digital collaterals

6. Breakfast Symposium (SGD 15,000)

Inclusions

  • Twenty (20) minute live session held in a designated session room
  • Sponsor is entitled to host the entire session
    Topics and speakers may be proposed by the sponsor and are subject to approval by the Organising Committee
  • Speaker travel grants to be borne by the Sponsor Company
  • Theatre-style set-up including stage, lectern, and speaker table
  • Standard audiovisual equipment with dedicated technical support
  • Three (3) session passes for sponsor staff and faculty
  • Tea and coffee provided for up to 100 delegates
  • Breakfast catering, if required, is to be arranged and funded by the sponsor

Visibility

  • Session title, date, and time listed on the Congress website and mobile app
  • Sponsor acknowledgment in printed materials (if confirmed at time of production) and digital collaterals
  • Use of the Congress logo on invitation cards subject to Organising Committee approval

7. Hands-on Workshop (SGD 10,000)

Inclusions

  • Workshop topics and speakers to be determined by the Organising Committee, unless otherwise agreed
  • Shared workshops require participation from a minimum of three (3) sponsoring companies
  • Venue rental costs covered by the Organiser
  • Lunch to be provided by the Sponsor Company
  • Final programme details subject to approval by the Organiser

Sponsor Recognition

  • Acknowledgment slide stating:
    “Workshop supported by an educational grant from [Company Name]”
  • Sponsor acknowledgment in printed materials (if confirmed at time of production) and digital collaterals
  • Approval to use the Congress logo on invitation materials, subject to endorsement
  • Placement of sponsor-provided branded collateral in the workshop room

Passes & Equipment

  • Three (3) complimentary workshop-day passes for nominated guests (main congress access not included)
  • Cost of surgical or technical equipment (if required) to be borne by the sponsor

15. Advertisement space in e-booklet (SGD 2,500)

Inclusions

  • Advertisement placement in the official Congress E-Booklet distributed to all registered delegates
